The president of PGAPROC, Manuel Espiño Mejuto, has been named vice-president of the Multi-sector Platform Against the Dilatoriness (PMcM).

With this appointment, PGAPROC acquires a greater weight within the control elements of the PMcM, institution of national scope that has led the recent reform of the law that regulates the terms of collection, and that has future task the creation of the Observatory National of the Dilatoriness.

Also, it is a reconnaissance to the untiring work realized by PGAPROC to get a norm that prevents the delay in payment of invoices and by their active presence during the legislative procedure of this Law, in the Congress of Deputies like in the Senate.

Manuel Espiño, that is in addition president of the Association of Excavators of Galicia (AEXGA), will be part of the Committee of Direction of the PMcM, and will assume the functions of president of this organization when this one cannot exert its duties.
